1. Personalized products
Our ornaments are made to order from the photo and details you provide. Please check the name spelling, photo and options carefully before ordering. Each portrait is an artistic interpretation of your photo in our house style, so small variations in color, detail and placement are a natural part of the process and aren't considered defects.

2. Your photos
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You give us permission to use your photo to create, fulfil and support your order.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The total you pay, including any shipping costs and taxes, is shown at checkout before you complete your order. Sale prices and multi-buy discounts apply only while the offer is running. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a photo contains offensive or copyrighted content, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
