Processing time Every ornament is made and printed to order in the USA. Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Delivery and tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location. The shipping options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Christmas delivery Order by December 12 for Christmas delivery within the US. Orders placed after that date will still be made and shipped as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee they'll arrive before Christmas. Your shipping address Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away — we can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Lost, stolen or damaged parcels If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we'll reship lost, stolen or damaged parcels free of charge.
